If you choose the wrong product (for example: wrong color, wrong height, etc.), Goodwill Fencing & Landscaping does not have a return policy. It is very rare to ship the wrong item or package the wrong item for your pickup. But sometimes this can happen due to human error.
If you believe that the wrong item has been shipped or collected, please send us a photo of the item and the invoice number on the package to email@example.com
If we believe that the item and the tax invoice are incorrect when ordering, we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you and return the wrong item to us.
Just notify us within 7 days after receipt of the goods or pickup. Also the shape, sizes and the goods should be exactly same as delivered from our warehouse otherwise there is no returns/refunds. Please note that if an incorrect product is ordered, there is no refund.
After receiving the product, we will confirm the receipt and verify the request. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 14 working days for the refund to be returned to your account.
